Hau has vast experience in the management and running of building industry businesses in Vietnam. He was raised in a family of entrepreneurs who have dominated in the industries they are in. His Education as an Engineer by one of Hai Duong's leading engineering universities leave him in the perfect position to lead a company like Thapecons Ltd. This back ground means that he has the interpersonal and management skill needed to drive this company to success. Being a project manager and systems specialist for many years mean he understands how to deliver on goals. This makes him just the kind of person that can deliver on our company mission to be a leading manufacturer of quality building products.

Thanh Hoang
Thanh was educated in the One of the leading universities in HaiDuong province and is an Excellent Communicator and fluent in many languages. He has spent most of his working life in Procurement services with a focus on Facilitating Foreign investment in Vietnam. In this roll he has developed good working relationships with many business involved in Business development in Vietnam. R&D is the key to any business future growth and Thanh has a proven track record of developing and delivering new and innovative products to the export markets.

Peter Johnson
Educated in Australia with a Post Grad Dip in Applied Finance Peter has been a CEO of many Successful Australian Companies since his first company in Australia that increased the sales of Dominos Pizza stores by 300%. He made a Considerable fortune investing in the realestate boom of the early 2000's and in his manufacturing businesses in Australia. Peter has spent much of the time since then traveling with his family and now lives in Hai Duong. He is a published Author of the book "Why are you still a slave?". Peter will use his experience to drive export sales in export markets.
